The white inks are for underbase printing on dark fabric. We recommend Flash White Tone 165882T for the underbase of halftone design, it gives the best opacity. When print solid colors, we suggest to use Flash White Soli 165882S, which gives the best elasticity.

This non-phtalate plastisol color system has 13 colors, including white and black, The ink give the most bright colors while keeping good washing fastness.

Pigments for the inks been carefully selected from those which have the best color brightness, best compatibility with the inks, and stability under high curing temperature.

We recommend the ink to be used for ligh color fabric printing, however, when printing on dark fabrics, we suggest to print a ground with flash curing whites, such as Texiplast Eco Flash White Tone 165882T or Texiplast Eco Flash White Soli 165882S

The ink is suitable for printing both solid colors or half tone designs. When printing half tone, we suggest max screen mesh count of 90 thread/inch.

Plastisol ECO OP 1657XX is the non-phthanlate plastisol ink which has 12 basic colors plus white, black and transparent. It has higheropacity, at the same time, of very colors. The colors can bemixed each other or mixed with Plastisol ECO OP White 165701, Plastisol ECO OP Clear to achive most of the colors.

The ink is aslo good to print directly on dark fabrics, giving goodopacity. It is suitable for all kinds of application, including half tone printing. When combined with other ink, giving different fashion effects.

Plastisol ECO MIX 1656XX is non-phthalate plastisol inks of very high color concentration. The 12 colors should not be used alone for printing. They have to be mixed with either Plastisol ECO Conc White 165601, or Plastisol ECO Conc Clear 165602 or Plastisol ECO Conc base 165600 to get the target colors. The total quantity of colors in the mixed ink should not exceed 15%, in order avoid washing fastness problem. Flexible and economic is the advantage of the ink. Formulation is vailable for color matching.

Plastisol ECO Fluo 1613xx are fluoscent inks of very wide color range. There are totally 10 colors available, all of them of very vivid colors.

The ink is designed for printing 4 color process. Plastisol Eco Process Transparent 165810 is often used to adjust the colors during printing. The colors are also used sometimes for half tone printing or direct or printing on light fabric. It has very soft hand touch.

Plastisol ECO Metal 1659xx are the non-phthalate plastsol inks of glossy metalic colors. Apart from the colors listed below, more colors are available on request.
